Onsite Recruiter / Coordinator

Location: Onsite at Client Facility
Reports To: National Onsite Program Manager
Status: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $40,000–$50,000 annually

We're looking for an Onsite Recruiter/Coordinator to serve as the primary staffing and workforce partner at one of our client locations. In this role, you'll support recruiting, employee engagement, onboarding, safety initiatives, workforce planning, and client relationships.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in recruiting, staffing, operations, human resources, workforce management, or leadership who enjoys working directly with people and being actively involved in daily business operations.
You'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships, solve workforce challenges, and play a key role in helping both employees and clients succeed.

What You'll Do

Recruit and Build a Strong Workforce

  • Recruit, source, interview, and identify qualified candidates to meet current and future staffing needs.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of talent for ongoing workforce demands.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and client leadership to understand staffing priorities.
  • Match candidates with opportunities that fit their skills and career goals.

Support Employees Throughout Their Assignment

  • Welcome and onboard new employees.
  • Conduct orientations, training sessions, and safety briefings.
  • Serve as a trusted resource for employees throughout their assignment.
  • Promote positive employee engagement and help address workplace concerns.
  • Provide coaching and support to help employees succeed.

Build Strong Client Partnerships

  • Develop relationships with client managers, supervisors, and operations leaders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for staffing-related needs.
  • Monitor workforce trends and staffing levels to proactively support client goals.
  • Provide recommendations and staffing solutions that help improve workforce performance.

Promote a Culture of Safety

  • Conduct safety training and help ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.
  • Support PPE distribution and employee safety initiatives.
  • Participate in safety audits, investigations, and compliance activities.
  • Promote safe work practices and employee well-being.

Manage Workforce Operations

  • Track attendance, workforce metrics, and key performance indicators.
  • Maintain training records and employee documentation.
  • Coordinate with payroll to ensure accurate timekeeping and invoicing.
  • Support HR-related programs and onboarding compliance requirements.
  • Assist with workforce reporting, planning, and administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications

Required

  • Associate degree and 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, supervisory, manufacturing, warehouse, operations, or related experience; OR
  • High School Diploma/GED and 5+ years of relevant experience; OR
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Preferred

  • Experience in staffing, recruiting, workforce management, manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse environments.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Avionté, TempWorks, Bullhorn, or similar platforms.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
