Job Description

We are seeking an Onsite Administrator (Print) - OSA Level II to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. The role will apply advanced technical knowledge to monitor print environments, detect performance issues, and resolve incidents on assigned hardware and software platforms. The role will support customer satisfaction through timely response, effective troubleshooting, and adherence to incident, change, and problem management processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor systems to detect performance issues and resolve technical problems using established protocols.
  • Identify incident trends and escalate within defined timeframes following standard procedures.
  • Conduct routine installations and configurations, assemble and integrate systems/products per standards.
  • Respond to service, product, technical, and customer-relations inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Execute approved scripted change management activities while adhering to incident, change, and problem management processes.
  • Meet daily production goals and contract-required response times for service delivery quality.
  • Align work with team strategy, collaborate to enhance operations, and support process improvements.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and support execution of business processes with independent judgment.
  • Complete process-oriented assignments, share technical information, and support operational plans.
  • Identify and solve varied problems and complete day-to-day tasks with forward planning and minimal supervision.

Onsite Administrator (Print) - OSA Level II Duties:

  • Manage consumable inventory and ensure availability at customer sites.
  • Replace toner, consumables, and paper, and clear paper jams.
  • Assist end users with device functionality and perform initial troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with HP software branded support and report customer dissatisfaction to CSM/SDM.
  • Collect usage pages per device and swap devices with spares as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting print hardware and software in enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in incident detection, troubleshooting, and scripted change execution.
  • Customer service skills with the ability to communicate tactfully with stakeholders up to senior management.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and device maintenance for print environments.
  • Organizational skills to meet production goals and response times with minimal supervision.
  • Education: High School Diploma/GED or higher, or commensurate experience.
  • Experience: Typically 2-5 years of related work experience, preferably in maintenance, quality, or related fields.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with print products, services, and support processes.
  • Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams and managing escalations.

Additional Role Details:

  • Work Arrangement: Full time at the Customer Site. Work On Site Required. Client Interface Required.
