FOCUS Workforce Management
Position Summary
FOCUS Workforce Management is seeking a hands-on and dependable Onsite Floor Supervisor to support daily staffing operations and oversee FOCUS associates on the warehouse floor. This position serves as a key connection between FOCUS associates, FOCUS management, and the client.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary FOCUS presence on the warehouse floor.
Supervise and support FOCUS associates throughout the shift.
Monitor attendance, call-offs, late arrivals, and staffing coverage.
Conduct regular floor checks and ensure associates are in their assigned departments.
Assist with onboarding, orientations, tours, and new-hire introductions.
Communicate staffing needs, employee concerns, and operational updates to FOCUS management.
Work closely with client supervisors to address staffing needs and associate concerns.
Assist with resolving employee questions and workplace concerns professionally.
Monitor associate engagement and adherence to workplace expectations.
Assist with moving associates between departments based on business needs.
Maintain accurate staffing, attendance, and activity reports.
Support recruiting and hiring activities when additional staffing is needed.
Escalate performance, attendance, safety, or employee-relations concerns when appropriate.
Perform other staffing and onsite duties as assigned.
Pay: $17/hour
Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday | 6:00 AM–4:30 PM
Qualifications
Previous experience in staffing, warehouse operations, supervision, recruiting, or team leadership preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with employees and client management.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond quickly to changing staffing needs.
Basic computer skills required.
Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Work Environment
This is an onsite warehouse position requiring regular movement throughout the facility and frequent interaction with associates, supervisors, and client management.
