    NOW HIRING: ONSITE & ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATORSt. Joseph, MOWe’ re looking for an  outgoing, friendly, organized professional  to join our team! This is a unique position that combines  client relations, employee support, recruiting, and administrative responsibilities. You’ ll spend part of your time working alongside our team in the office and part of your time  onsite at one of our client locations, serving as a key point of contact between our company, our client, and our employees.WHAT YOU’ LL DO
    • Serve as the primary onsite point of contact at an assigned client location
    • Build positive working relationships with client supervisors, employees, and our internal team
    • Assist employees with questions, communication, attendance matters, and general workforce needs
    • Help coordinate recruiting, onboarding, orientations, and employee paperwork
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation
    • Communicate staffing needs and updates between the client and our recruiting team
    • Perform general administrative duties in our office
    • Assist with special projects and day-to-day office operations as needed
