About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Online Trip Consultants. In this role, you'll assist clients with planning and booking trips, ensuring each journey is well-organized and tailored to their needs. From researching destinations to finalizing reservations, you'll provide support every step of the way.
Responsibilities
Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities
Manage bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, and vacation packages
Build personalized itineraries to create seamless travel experiences
Provide ongoing customer support before, during, and after trips
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Passion for travel and helping others plan memorable experiences
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Previous customer service or travel industry experience is a plus (not required)
