- Competitive Compensation: $45,000 Base plus Commissions based on booked appointments & actual sales
- Total Compensation for Top Performers = $75,000-$95,000
Background Profile:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education & experience
- 3-5 years Internet/Online Sales experience in a remote Sales/Business Development position
- Arizona (AZ) Real Estate License REQUIRED
- California (CA) Real Estate License (PREFERRED) (Candidates who do not hold a CA R/E License - MUST be willing to obtain CA license if hired & employer is willing to cover cost of CA R/E License)
- Must be willing to work weekends both Saturday & Sunday (Schedule is on a rotating basis which includes 3-4 weeks in a row of weekends with several weekends off in between)
- You are Outgoing/Personable & Customer-focused to provide an exceptional customer experience for customers every day
- Must have exemplary communication skills to interact with customers, team, leaders & end-users via phone, email, and/or chat
- You are a Self-Starter with a strong work ethic who can multi-task within a fast-paced environment & adjust priorities when needed
- You are detail-oriented with proven ability to work effectively & remotely with little supervision
- Strong Computer Skills, including intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, can manage calendars in Outlook, experience with Word & Excel
- Experience with CRM, Lead Management Software (Salesforce is a Plus)
- Must be able to pass background and drug test (including THC and/or nicotine)
- Must be authorized to work in the US without need of sponsorship. Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
