    Online Program Recruiting Coordinator

    Are you passionate about helping students achieve their educational goals? Blackburn College is seeking an enthusiastic and relationship-driven Online Program Recruiting Coordinator to help grow our innovative online education programs, including Early Childhood Education and Teacher Licensure.

    In this role, you'll be more than a recruiter—you'll be a guide, mentor, and advocate for prospective students as they take the next step in their educational journey. If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact, we'd love to hear from you.

    What You'll Do

    •  Recruit and engage prospective students interested in Blackburn's online education programs. 
    •  Guide students through the admissions process, from initial inquiry to enrollment. 
    •  Build meaningful relationships through phone, email, Zoom, and in-person communication. 
    •  Assist students with admissions requirements, financial aid resources, and enrollment steps. 
    •  Partner with the Registrar, Financial Aid, Business Office, and Academic Departments to create a seamless student experience. 
    •  Represent Blackburn College at college fairs, community events, and recruitment activities. 
    •  Develop partnerships with community colleges, particularly Early Childhood Associate Degree programs. 
    •  Support enrollment, retention, and student success initiatives for Blackburn's growing online programs. 
    What You'll Bring

    •  Bachelor's degree required. 
    •  Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. 
    •  A passion for helping students succeed. 
    •  Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail. 
    •  Ability to work independently while collaborating across campus. 
    •  Comfort using Microsoft Office and other technology tools. 
    •  Knowledge of financial aid processes is preferred. 
    •  Valid driver's license and ability to travel, including occasional evenings and weekends.
