The Online Giving & Data Specialist is responsible for planning, organizing and producing online giving campaigns using our internal CRM software – Andar. The Specialist is responsible for maintaining, updating, and implementing new features to the online giving platform's framework. The Specialist works with companies to ensure their online giving campaign is developed and executed with accurate information and reflects the giving options and messaging dictated by the companies.
General Responsibilities:
Manage the successful execution of online giving campaigns for corporate clients in coordination with internal, UW staff and external Employee Company Coordinators (ECC)
Implement updates to messaging and layout to bring websites to production by stated deadlines
Update database information used in support of online giving campaigns using .csv files
Train internal and external staff on use of the ePledge platform and provide software support to donors, companies and staff
Provide campaign reporting to clients as needed and at the close of campaigns
Be a subject matter expert on the CRM, Andar, configure and maintain the overall ePledge framework
Explore and implement existing and new functionality to ensure the reliability and effectiveness of our user facing technology, reporting, and database integrity
Follow established guidelines for keeping supervisor informed of progress, developments and obtaining approvals
Contribute to the overall success of United Way by performing other essential duties and responsibilities as assigned
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible for managing production of online giving sites for assigned company campaigns: database updates, email and site messaging creation/revisions, and system support as needed to end users and site administrators
Assisting in the creation, maintenance and improvement of internal and external processes, keeping in line with our strategic plan and mission
Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the community
Relevant Experience:
Three (3) years relevant work experience and/or related degree or equivalent training program
KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):
Computer proficiency in Windows environment
MS 365: Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint – intermediate proficiency required
Basic knowledge of html, CSS, and/or JavaScript preferred
Functional understanding of website builders and how user interface interacts with CRM database
Ability to acquire, analyze and apply professional/technical knowledge, skills, experience, and judgment to accomplish results, better service customers and contribute to the organization's intellectual capital
Ability & flexibility to multi-task with high work volume and to meet deadlines and manage projects effectively
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in composing, typing, proofing and establishing priorities and meeting deadlines
Advanced interpersonal, customer service and problem resolution skills on phone, by email, and in person
Ability to work autonomously, as well as to take direction as needed
Analytical ability to gather and summarize data for reports, find solutions to various administrative problems and prioritize work
ability to maintain confidentiality
