About the Role

We are seeking a OneStream Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise performance management (EPM) solutions within the Automotive Digital Finance organization. This role will play a critical part in the end-to-end implementation of OneStream for Finance Consolidation and FP&A, while also supporting M&A integration and transformation initiatives.

The Architect will define scalable, future-ready solutions, drive standardization across finance processes, and ensure seamless integration with the broader enterprise ecosystem. This role requires close collaboration with Finance leadership, IT, and system integrators to deliver a unified and high-performing EPM platform aligned with business priorities.

What You Will Do

  • Under the guidance of the Digital Finance Transformation Lead, drive the end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of OneStream solutions supporting Finance Consolidation, Financial Close, FP&A, and broader current and future finance transformation/ enhancements initiatives
  • Define and implement scalable Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) architecture, partnering with Finance stakeholders to standardize and optimize consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting processes while supporting future growth, organizational change, and M&A activities
  • Lead solution architecture for OneStream, including workflows, business rules, metadata, security, reporting, analytics, and data integration, ensuring alignment with business requirements and enterprise architecture standards
  • Define and govern enterprise data, reporting, and integration architecture, including interoperability with SAP (ECC, S/4HANA, BW) and other enterprise platforms, data movement strategies (push vs. pull), and reporting frameworks that enable trusted, secure, and scalable finance solutions
  • Establish and enforce data governance, controls, and financial data integrity standards, ensuring compliance with enterprise policies, audit requirements, and industry best practices
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight to internal teams, implementation partners, and system integrator partners, while leading testing, deployment, cutover planning, and post-go-live stabilization activities to ensure successful delivery, performance, and business adoption

What You Need to Be Successful

  • 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) architecture, design, and implementation
  • Strong functional expertise in Financial Consolidation and FP&A processes
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale EPM transformation programs (end-to-end implementation)
  • Experience supporting M&A integration initiatives, including system consolidation and data harmonization
  • Strong integration experience with SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW)
  • Ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade architectures and handle complex data and process requirements
  • Experience working with cross-functional global teams and external system integrators
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive-level interaction
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern data ecosystems
  • OneStream certification or equivalent EPM platform expertise preferred

Bonus Points if You Have

  • Experience in Automotive or Tier 1 industry
  • Hands-on involvement in multi-entity global consolidation programs
  • Exposure to data and reporting platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Power BI)
  • Program delivery governance experience

Salary Ranges:

$ 108,750 - $ 159,500
