Duties include but are not limited to providing individualized programming for emotional, cognitive, behavioral, language, and interpersonal growth of the student(s). The paraeducator/instructional aide may use appropriate applied behavior teaching, communication, and reinforcement techniques. Experience is preferred but not required.
