What You’ll Do
  • Provide specialized oncology nursing care to hematology, BMT, and oncology patients
  • Assist with bedside CVC placements and bone marrow biopsies
  • Administer medication and treatments using Alaris IV pumps, barcode medication systems, and other hospital equipment
  • Monitor patient conditions and update care plans accordingly
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and confidentiality standards
  • Support float team as needed, covering weekend shifts and emergencies

What You Need
Required:
  • Valid RN license in Louisiana or appropriate state
  • Experience in hematology, oncology, or related specialty
  • BLS and ACLS certifications

Preferred:
  • Experience with Epic electronic health record system
  • Certified Oncology Nurse (ONS) certification
