What Youll Do
- Provide high-quality nursing care in a Medical Oncology/Pediatric Oncology Progressive Care Unit
- Monitor and interpret telemetry strips and dysrhythmias
- Administer blood products, chemotherapy, and manage IV therapies
- Perform patient assessments, ensure infection prevention, and assist with patient safety protocols
- Manage complex medical equipment such as ventilators, PICC lines, and chest tubes
- Respond effectively to rapid response calls and patient emergencies
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:- Active Ohio Registered Nurse license
- At least 2 years of recent acute care experience, including 1 year in PCU or telemetry
- Proficiency in dysrhythmia interpretation, IV starting, and patient monitoring
- Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIH
Preferred:- Experience with chemotherapy administration and management
- Skills in wound care, phlebotomy, and invasive airway management
- Prior travel nursing experience
