• Certifications: BCLS required
• Oncology Experience: Preferred but not required
• Special Skills: IV starts, tele, tracheostomy management
• Float: May float within units of equivalent or lower acuity

Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $59.18/hr

What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized oncology nursing care for patients with varied acuities in a mixed-unit environment
• Manage patient treatments including IV starts, telemonitoring, and tracheostomy care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital policies
• Document patient progress accurately in EPIC electronic health records
• Support patients and families through education and compassionate care
• Work rotating shifts, including nights, with the flexibility to float within similar units

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Ohio or valid compact license
• At least 2 years of RN experience
• EPIC electronic health record experience
• Current BCLS certification
• Strong skills in IV starts, telemetry, and tracheostomy management
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment

About the Assignment:
This role is based at a leading healthcare facility in Columbus, Ohio, providing high-quality cancer care in a fast-paced, mixed acuity environment. You will work a rotating 12-hour night schedule, initially starting in mid-July 2026. Supportive team and orientation ensure you are set up for success from day one.
