    Position Overview 

    Saint Joseph Health System, a member of Trinity Health and in partnership with Loyola University Health System, is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing, comprehensive oncology program in Mishawaka, Indiana

    In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered oncology care as part of a multidisciplinary team committed to advancing cancer treatment in Northern Indiana. You will collaborate with medical oncologists, radiation oncologists, surgeons, and other specialists while supporting program growth and excellence in care delivery.

    Key Responsibilities 

    • Provide comprehensive out-patient oncology care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.
    • Manage oncologic conditions under physician supervision in collaboration with the care team.
    • Perform assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medication, and manage treatment-related side effects.
    • Provide supportive care, survivorship care, and patient / family education in collaboration with the Oncology Team.
    • Contribute to patient experience initiatives and process enhancements within the Cancer Center.

    Qualifications 

    • Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the State of Indiana (or eligibility).
    • Graduate of an accredited program
    • National board certification.
    • Oncology experience preferred.
    • Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care.
