Oncology Clinical Research Associate

Piper Companies is seeking an Oncology Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join a global leader in advanced analytics, technology solutions, and clinical research services supporting the life sciences and healthcare sectors. This is a full-time opportunity focused on ensuring clinical study sites operate effectively and remain compliant with regulatory and protocol requirements.

Responsibilities of the Oncology Clinical Research Associate (CRA):

· Perform site selection, site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits while ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines.

· Partner with investigative sites to create, implement, and monitor patient recruitment strategies that align with study timelines and project objectives.

· Deliver protocol-specific training and maintain ongoing communication with site personnel to ensure expectations are clear and challenges are addressed proactively.

· Assess site performance and processes to ensure adherence to study protocols, identifying and escalating quality or compliance concerns when necessary.

Requirements of the Oncology Clinical Research Associate (CRA):

· Minimum 3+ years of on-site monitoring experience within Oncology clinical trials.

· Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH regulations, along with demonstrated expertise in oncology clinical trial protocols.

· Bachelor's degree in a scientific, healthcare-related, or equivalent discipline preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

· Salary Range: $110,000 - $130,000
