What Youll Do:

• Streamline Onboarding: Help us onboard new talent by handling offer letters, background screenings, and essential paperwork. Youll be the first point of contact for our new recruits, ensuring they get off to a smooth start.
• Healthcare Ready: Coordinate medical screenings for our incoming candidates based on hospital requirements and keep tabs on their progress. Youre the guardian of our candidates medical records and badges.
• Compliance Champion: Make sure our new hires meet all necessary requirements on time. Stay on top of credentialing information and maintain medical records for our hospital and vendor accounts.
• Ace Customer Service: Deliver top-notch internal customer service to our field teams, including district managers and photographers. Your friendly and professional demeanor will make you a valuable asset to our organization.
• Communication Pro: Maintain clear and effective communication with candidates, internal teams, leadership, and hospital contacts. Your ability to articulate information is key.
• Paperwork Guru: Handle all new hire paperwork efficiently and accurately. Youll master our systems and ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws.
• Policy Expert: Familiarize yourself with company policies outlined in the Photographer Employee Handbook. Youll be the go-to person for policy-related questions.
• Flexibility Matters: Embrace a hybrid work schedule, alternating between remote and in-office days, supporting various time zones in the Western half of the US.

• Location: Offices based in Maryland Heights, MO, supports Western half of Mom365s Operations (Central, Mountain, and Pacific Time Zones)
• Hours: Flexible between 9:00 am CT - 8:00 pm CT
• Work Environment: Hybrid schedule with both remote and in-office work

Position pays $18.50/hour
