About the Role
Corient is seeking an Onboarding Specialist II. The responsibilities will include:
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients and accounts, from WMA generation to account setup and funding.
Prepare and process new account paperwork including custodial forms, wealth management agreements, transfer forms, and required disclosures with a high level of accuracy.
Coordinate directly with clients to obtain signatures via DocuSign or mail
Manage asset transfers including ACATs, rollovers, and wires
Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing client questions and needs during the onboarding process.
Collaborate closely with client service specialists and internal teams to gather information and ensure the completion of timely onboarding.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of 2-3 years of operations or client service experience at an RIA or similar financial services company
Experience with Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Salesforce, Addepar, DocuSign, (competency or ability to learn quickly)
Excellent verbal, written, analytical, and organizational skills
Ability to identify, meet and follow through with client needs and requests
Able to work independently with minimal to no supervision but enjoy being part of a team
Must be confidential with all client and firm matters
This position is required to work onsite 4 days per week.

Pay Information
This position is non-exempt and is paid according to the laws of the State of Massachusetts. The pay range for this position is $30-$37 per hour. We are required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be offered a salary at or near the top of the range for a position. Salary offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
