Join the dynamic team at PDS Tech Commercial as an Onboarding Coordinator. In this role, you'll serve as the bridge between recruiting and new hires to ensure a seamless onboarding experience from offer acceptance through successful start. You'll help prepare candidates for success by coordinating hiring requirements, managing onboard documentation, and delivering a world-class candidate experience.

• Job Title: Onboarding Coordinator

• Location: Wichita, KS 67212 (Onsite)

• Job Type: Contract (3-month duration; option to extend)

• Pay: $22.00 per hour

• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM

What You'll Be Doing

• Guide new hires through the onboarding process from offer acceptance through start date.

• Coordinate pre-employment requirements including background checks, drug screens, and onboarding paperwork.

• Communicate with candidates to ensure all hiring requirements are completed on time.

• Serve as a resource for candidate questions regarding onboarding, payroll setup, and employment documentation.

• Maintain accurate employee records and partner with recruiters and operations teams to support successful starts.

Your Qualifications

• 1-3 years of onboarding, staffing, recruiting support, HR, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and applicant tracking/onboarding systems.

• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.

Pay Details: $22.00 per hour
