Help Build the Next Generation of Agency Owners
We are seeking a highly organized, people-focused Onboarding Specialist to guide and
support future agency owners through one of the most important stages of their careers.
In this role, you will serve as a coach, trainer, and accountability partner for new Agents
from their first day in the licensing process through graduation from the Agent-in-Training
program and the launch of their own agency. You will also play a key role in helping train
and develop agency support staff.

Salary Range: $48000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage the onboarding journey for new Agent candidates.
- Guide and support Agents through the insurance licensing process.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and educational resources.
- Track Agent progress and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule.
- Provide coaching, accountability, and ongoing support throughout the Agent-in Training program.
- Assist Agents as they prepare to launch and operate their own agencies.
- Support the onboarding and training of agency staff members.
- Partner with leadership to identify development opportunities and improve training programs.
- Maintain accurate training records, documentation, and progress reports.
- Serve as a trusted resource for questions, troubleshooting, and day-to-day guidance.
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty License
- Active Life & Health License
- Experience in training, coaching, onboarding, or insurance operations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong relationships
Preferred
- Experience with Farmers Insurance systems and processes
- Insurance agency operations experience
- Training or leadership development background
