Job Title: Onboarding and Experience Specialist / HR Operations

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm
SUMMARY
The Onboarding and Experience Specialist is responsible for:
Executing all onboarding related activities for new team members and transfers for the system.
Processing in-seat promotions, demotions, lateral moves and additional jobs for team members.
Ensuring a positive onboarding experience for team members.
Will also serve as a point of continued support for new team members through their first year of hire at Rochester Regional Health.
Will help acclimate new team members to the health system and provide an experience where team members feel welcomed and have a sense of belonging.

Our top candidate will have 2 years of experience in one of the following roles: Onboarding Specialist, Recruiting Specialist, Staffing Specialist, or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
