Onboarding and Compliance Analyst | Contract

Opportunity: Contract until 12/31/26

Pay: $34/hr

Location: 100% remote

Schedule: Eastern time - standard business hours

About the Role: CRG is seeking a fully remote Onboarding and Compliance Analyst for our large logistics client on a short-term contract. In this position, you will be supporting the recruiting team with background screenings, I-9s, and preparing data for reporting purposes. Responsibilities:

  • Review and adjudicate background screening results in line with established policies.
  • Audit staffing agencies' background check processes and help address gaps.
  • Support compliance projects involving background screenings and I-9 records.
  • Collect and organize data for annual and ad hoc reporting.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in HR onboarding or similar field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understanding of onboarding requirements, including DOT drug and alcohol testing regulations and pre-employment testing
  • Strong research, problem-solving, and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Sound judgment when handling confidential information
  • Associate degree or equivalent related work or military experience preferred
