This will be an open-ended assignment with no defined end date as the customer is in the middle of contract renewals and the employee head count could change.

Job Title: On-Site Services Specialist
Work Location: Austin, TX
Duration: 3 month contract with option to extend or hire
Hours: Monday-Friday 7am-4pm
Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent

Job Description & Responsibilities :

• They will be responsible for the accurate sortation of both incoming and outgoing mail.
• In addition, they will be responsible for performing scheduled mail runs to service department in and out boxes throughout the site.
• Ideally, we would like this to be a temp to hire person, but we can't answer that question at this time.

Skills & Qualifications :

• A successful candidate would be a responsible, detail-oriented and able to process information quickly and accurately.
• This will be an open-ended assignment with no defined end date as the customer is in the middle of contract renewals and the employee head count could change.
• There will be quite a bit of walking daily and some lifting of small loads of 20 lbs or less.
• There is free parking in the garage.
• Dress Code: Comfortable shoes made for walking and casual dress is acceptable for walking and sorting mail
• Driving: There is no driving
