Pay Range: $19 - $20/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:- Accurately sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and faxes.
- Operate high-volume duplicating and document scanning equipment.
- Maintain convenience copiers, ensuring they are in good working condition through daily inspections.
- Process and handle shipping and receiving of materials, including applying necessary postage.
- Respond to service calls and assist with customer inquiries regarding job requests.
- Maintain records for management reports and inventory of supplies.
- Perform filing duties, including archiving old documents as needed.
- Ensure the upkeep of copier areas and assist with various office tasks as assigned.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Some related copy job experience preferred.
- Demonstrated competency in basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Technical aptitude with printers, copy, and postage machines.
- Ability to lift or move items weighing up to 20 lbs regularly, and occasionally up to 50-55 lbs.
- Willingness to walk between buildings and perform various physical tasks as needed.
