Description

On Site Services Specialist
Pay rate: $19.00/hour- $20.00/hour, DOE
Hours: 7:00am- 4:00pm, M-F
Location: Austin TX
Duration: 3 months, with possibility of temp to hire

Summary:
  • They will be responsible for the accurate sortation of both incoming and outgoing mail. In addition, they will be responsible for performing scheduled mail runs to service department in and out boxes throughout the site.
  • A successful candidate would be a responsible, detail-oriented and able to process information quickly and accurately.
  • There will be quite a bit of walking daily and some lifting of small loads of 20 lbs or less. There is free parking in the Ascension garage.
  • Dress Code: Comfortable shoes made for walking and casual dress is acceptable for walking and sorting mail
  • Driving: There is no driving
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Requires high school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Some related copy job experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated competency in basic computer skills including proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Technical aptitude with printers, copy and postage machines and other office equipment - Good customer service skills
