Pay Rate: $16.00 $17.00/hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Work Schedule
Full-Time | Flexible Shifts | Weekends Required
Shifts may include:
7:00 AM 4:00 PM
8:00 AM 5:00 PM
9:00 AM 5:00 PM
Weekend availability is mandatory.
Job Summary
Seeking an On-Site Service Specialist to provide customer service and support daily business operations in a hospitality environment. Responsibilities include assisting guests, handling shipping and receiving, and performing general office duties.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to guests and clients.
Handle incoming and outgoing shipments.
Package materials and verify packing slips for accuracy.
Assist with mail, copying, and general office services.
Operate and troubleshoot basic office equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Drive up to 5 miles as needed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
1 2 years of related work experience.
Customer service experience required.
Shipping and receiving experience strongly preferred.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Valid driver's license and minimum required auto insurance.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Must be available to work weekends and flexible shifts.
