Responsibilities
Accurately take guest food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
Package and deliver take-out orders promptly to guest rooms throughout the resort.
Assist waitstaff by cleaning tables, booths, and floors to maintain a tidy and efficient dining environment.
Support servers with food running, beverage refills, and other reasonable service requests.
Organize and place silverware, dishes, and glassware in designated areas for washing.
Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and the host/hostess to ensure smooth seating, exceptional service, and efficient table flow.
Requirements
No previous restaurant experience requiredjust a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Working knowledge of the English language.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, as well as reach, bend, and stoop.
Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 5 hours).
Valid NH drivers license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided for on-site deliveries).
