    About Mobile Medical Corporation Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) provides comprehensive occupational health, medical, safety, and wellness services to construction worksites nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Paramedic or Registered Nurse to join our team as a On-Site Regional Manager.

    This position serves as a critical field-based relief and operational support resource, traveling throughout an assigned territory to provide immediate coverage when sites experience staffing shortages, call-offs, open shifts, or other operational needs.

    The ideal candidate is an experienced healthcare professional who is comfortable working independently, adapting quickly to changing circumstances, and representing MMC professionally with employees, clients, and site leadership.

    Territory & Travel This is a high-travel position. The selected candidate must be willing and able to travel frequently throughout the assigned territory, including:

    Nevada Arizona New Mexico Utah California Washington

    Travel may be required with limited notice, including same-day or next-day travel, depending on operational needs.

    Key Responsibilities

    Travel frequently throughout the assigned territory to provide on-site coverage for staffing shortages, call-offs, and open shifts. Serve as the primary fill-in resource for sites requiring immediate operational or clinical support. Respond to short-notice coverage requests, including same-day and next-day travel. Act as an on-site corporate representative while covering shifts, ensuring consistent service delivery and adherence to MMC standards. Support daily site operations to maintain service continuity and client satisfaction. Coordinate with HR and site leadership regarding schedule changes, attendance concerns, and coverage planning. Assist on-site teams with operational workflows, including opening and closing procedures and shift transitions. Reinforce and promote compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and applicable regulatory requirements, including OSHA standards. Communicate directly with client contacts to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure effective communication during coverage assignments. Monitor site performance and staffing challenges while documenting trends and recurring issues. Provide feedback to MMC leadership regarding operational needs, staffing gaps, and opportunities for process improvement. Support onboarding activities during site visits by assisting with training reinforcement and site orientation. Ensure accurate documentation of coverage activities, site observations, operational status, and other required information following each assignment. Maintain a professional, dependable, and supportive presence for staff, clients, and site leadership. Uphold high standards of patient care, safety, confidentiality, and service quality during all coverage assignments. Participate in team communications, including case updates, operational reporting, and communication with MMC leadership during and after assigned shifts. Provide high-quality customer service to employees, supervisors, client contacts, and site leadership while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Follow all MMC, client, state, and federal medical, occupational health, and safety regulations, including applicable reporting and documentation requirements. Perform the physical duties required for on-site response, including walking, standing, lifting, climbing, and working outdoors as conditions require. Perform other duties as assigned to support MMC's operational, clinical, and safety objectives.

    Required Qualifications

    5 years of experience as a Paramedic or Registered Nurse required 5 years of occupational health experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt to changing schedules and short-notice coverage needs Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Ability and willingness to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory Ability to work in a variety of occupational health and construction-site environments Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the position, including walking, standing, lifting, climbing, and working outdoors as needed

    Additional Preferred Qualifications

    Bilingual skills are a plus, particularly conversational Spanish OSHA-30 certification preferred Previous construction-site or occupational medicine experience preferred Experience working in a field-based, mobile, or multi-site healthcare environment is a plus

    Paramedic-Specific Requirement Candidates applying as a Paramedic must maintain a current NREMT (National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians) certification.
