    On-Site HR Coordinator

    The On-Site HR Coordinator serves as the primary day-to-day HR and staffing support for employees working at an assigned client location. This role combines high-volume recruiting and onboarding with employee support and client communication to help maintain a fully staffed and engaged workforce.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruit and screen candidates for hourly positions at the assigned client site
    • Coordinate interviews, offers, pre-employment requirements, and start dates
    • Conduct new hire orientations and assist employees through the onboarding process
    • Maintain regular communication with employees regarding attendance, schedules, workplace questions, and general concerns
    • Partner with client supervisors and management regarding staffing needs, employee updates, and day-to-day workforce matters
    • Monitor staffing levels and proactively recruit to fill current and anticipated openings
    • Assist with attendance, employee relations, documentation, and other HR-related matters as needed
    • Maintain accurate employee and candidate records within company systems
    • Serve as a consistent on-site point of contact between employees, the client

    Must Haves

    • Strong communication and people skills
    • Comfortable with high-volume recruiting and candidate outreach
    • Strong computer skills with the ability to confidently navigate and learn multiple HR, payroll, timekeeping, and recruiting systems
    • Able to build relationships with both hourly employees and client leadership
    • Organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently
    • Comfortable addressing attendance, employee concerns, and day-to-day HR matters
    • Proactive — able to recognize staffing needs and take action without constant direction
    • Professional, dependable, and comfortable working in an on-site manufacturing environment
