• Do you enjoy dissecting complex diesel, hydraulic, and electrical issues?
• Can you run advanced diagnostics, interpret service manuals, and act decisively with minimal supervision?
• Are you confident operating cranes and specialized equipment when the job demands it?
• Do you communicate clearly with customers and keep meticulous records?
• Will you mentor emerging technicians and help elevate team performance?

What You’ll Work On

• Heavy-duty diesel engines, hydraulic systems, electrical circuits, and farm machinery in the field.
• Both scheduled PMs and unplanned breakdowns—safely, efficiently, and to spec.
• Root-cause analysis using sophisticated diagnostic tools and OEM/service references.
• Customer updates, service recommendations, and accurate documentation.

Must-Haves

• High school diploma or GED.
• 5+ years hands-on experience with diesel, hydraulics, or electrical systems.
• Fluency with diagnostic technology and service manuals.
• Exceptional troubleshooting and the ability to perform in fast-paced settings.
• Personal tool set suitable for field service.
• Strong prioritization and multitasking.
• Valid driver’s license; able to drive a company vehicle (mobile role).
• Capable of lifting 50+ pounds; comfortable working indoors and outdoors.

Nice-to-Haves

• ASE certifications or OEM training (Cummins, Detroit, Ford).
• Prior mobile/field service experience.
• Customer service finesse and job-site leadership experience.
