Your Role: Support When It’s Needed Most
- Provide mental health support & crisis intervention for unaccompanied minors
- Conduct behavioral assessments & mental health evaluations to identify trauma-related symptoms
- Ensure child safety & well-being by monitoring interactions and assessing emotional distress
- Apply trauma-informed care strategies to help minors develop healthier coping mechanisms
- Collaborate with facility staff to ensure culturally sensitive, effective care
- Maintain accurate documentation & shift reports
Who We Need:
- Master’s degree or higher in Behavioral Health (MS/MSW/MA)
- Independent License in California (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC)
- Strong crisis intervention & trauma-informed care expertise
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required
