We are seeking on-call F&B Catering Operation Managers to lead staff during events at a major venue.
Responsibilities include supervising union and non-union employees, ensuring exceptional customer service, overseeing event setup, enforcing safety and sanitation standards, and coordinating with other departments.
Qualifications include at least 2 years of food and beverage management experience, proficiency in MS Office and POS systems, strong communication skills, and flexibility to work all shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior union experience is a plus.
Working conditions involve frequent movement, temperature changes, and loud environments. This role offers hourly pay of $25-$30.
