How you will make a difference
Provides direct nursing care to clients and supervises nursing staff during the assigned shift to ensure safe, high-quality care. Plans, organizes, and directs daily nursing activities by making shift assignments and monitoring service delivery. Observes, documents, and communicates changes in clients' physical and mental conditions to the Program Manager and attending physician or nurse practitioner. Administers and documents medications in accordance with prescribed orders and verifies the receipt of all ordered medications from the pharmacy. Maintains accurate and timely nursing documentation, prepares weekly client summaries as assigned, and ensures compliance with medical record and regulatory requirements.
