You will provide direct in-home care when last-minute coverage is needed and also assist with client visits, caregiver check-ins, and field support to ensure service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

As an On-Call Caregiver:

  • Provide compassionate in-home care and companionship to clients when coverage gaps occur.

  • Assist with daily living activities including meal prep, personal care, light housekeeping, and transportation.

  • Respond promptly and professionally to short-notice shifts, evenings, weekends, or holidays as scheduled.

As a Field Representative:

  • Conduct in-home quality assurance visits and caregiver check-ins.

  • Deliver care plans, supplies, and other materials to clients or caregivers as needed.

  • Support the office team with new client assessments, caregiver introductions, and field documentation.

  • Serve as a liaison between the office, caregivers, and clients to ensure communication and satisfaction.

Schedule

  • Flexibility required to respond to last-minute care needs or field tasks.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience (home care or facility).

  • Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current car insurance required.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently, think on your feet, and handle changing priorities.

  • Must pass background check and drug screening.

What We Offer

  • Competitive pay.

  • Mileage reimbursement and paid travel time.

  • Ongoing training and professional development.

  • Supportive team environment where your work truly makes a difference.

If you’re a dependable caregiver who enjoys variety, flexibility, and the opportunity to grow in the home care field — we’d love to hear from you!
