On-Call Banquet Server - The Charter Steakhouse

The Charter Steakhouse is looking for professional and experienced Banquet Servers to join our F&B team! If you have a flexible schedule and previous hotel F&B experience, we would love to meet you! Our elevated banquet spaces allow us to customize every experience to exceed our guest's expectations in a fabulous mountain setting in Beaver Creek, Colorado. The banquet spaces celebrate the mountain environment and lifestyle and offer culinary dishes and ingredients that are locally sourced and showcase the best of the region. Duties Include:

• Prepare banquet spaces for events, ensuring tables, settings, and service areas are properly set and ready.
• Provide attentive guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring each course is delivered accurately and on time.
• Maintain a clean, organized dining environment by continuously clearing tables, replenishing supplies, and responding to guest needs throughout the event.
• Break down and reset banquet spaces following events, including cleaning floors, removing trash, and preparing rooms for the next function.
• Clean, sanitize, and properly store banquet equipment, linens, and supplies while completing end-of-event checkout with the MOD.

Location: The Charter Steakhouse in Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Part Time On Call

Schedule: Variable including morning, afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays

Pay Rate: $15.16 / hour plus service charge percentage

Ideal Candidate:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Prior banquet or hospitality experience preferred.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Organized and dependable, with the ability to stay on task while maintaining clean, stocked service areas.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to lift and move items such as full trays, chairs, and tables throughout the shift.
