Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload from intake through resolution, including pleadings, discovery and motion practice
• Take and defend depositions and prepare cases for mediation and trial
• Draft clear case evaluations and reports for clients
• Collaborate with partners and support staff on case strategy

Requirements

• 3–5 years of oil and gas litigation experience
• Experience in a major Texas basin
• Active bar license in good standing: Texas
• Strong writing, analytical and client communication skills
