Job Description:

Parsons is now hiring for a Transportation Practice Leader , to continue to facilitate growth in our Ohio portfolio by successfully delivering major highway projects in Ohio. This role is ideal for someone looking to use your business development savvy and operations management skills to implement strategies for business growth and performance!

The ideal location for this position is our Cincinnati, OH office, but HYBRID and REMOTE options may be available for the right candidate.

The key responsibilities for this role can be summarized in the following:

Project Management:

Operations Responsibilities:

• Work with other Project Managers, technical managers, and the Regional Manager to appropriately assign engineering staff for project delivery and pursuit success. Business Development Responsibilities:

• Support BD efforts in the region, including target planning and teaming development in collaboration with the BD staff and under the direction of the Regional Manager. • Serve as a Capture Manager and Project Manager for key pursuits. Serve as a Capture Manager and Project Manager for key pursuits.

Key Qualifications:

• 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or related technical/business field. 4-year degree in Civil Engineering or related technical/business field.

• Demonstrable experience meeting operational business goals and strategizing on market development, including P&L ownership and the ability to meet or exceed sales, operating profit & margin, and DSO targets. • Ability to foster collaboration across multiple market sectors and business lines, including Rail, Aviation, Industrial, and Federal Solutions groups.
