Offsite Operator/Breakroom - Harvest

6:00AM-6:30PM (Hours will Vary)
5-6 days/week 
Pay: $18.00/hr. + Weekly Pay

Join our harvest team as an Offsite Operator/Breakroom! Coordinate offsite loads, assist with unloading trucks, and communicate with team members to keep operations running smoothly. This fast-paced role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Job Duties: 

• Coordinate offsite loads.
• Aid in unloading trucks on conveyers.
• Workers will be working in a dusty and noisy environment.
• Communication will be via radio and verbal face to face with Team
• Lead.
• Will be receiving direction from Team lead or supervisor on bulk product to load offsite.
• Cleaning corn sorter breakroom and restrooms

Requirements: 

• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrate customer service skills
• Demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently 
• Ability to maintain and protect confidential information 
• Attention to detail
• Valid drivers license
