Officer, Fulfillment & Operation Support

Job Purpose:

Provide full spectrum of operation support to both Telemarketing Team and Direct Sales Team in Personal Loan, Card Loan and Credit Card business of Dah Sing Bank.

Main Responsibilities:

• Deliver quality customer service, handle loan confirmation and disbursement accurately

• Conduct customer survey for sales service monitoring

• Perform operational duties

• Comply with internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements when delivering job duties

• Required to perform shift duty subject to business needs

• Assist the Assistant Manager to oversee the team performance

Incumbent Requirements:

• Secondary education
• 2 years' relevant experience preferably in unsecured loan business
• Good knowledge of loan products
• Good communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Candidate with less experience will be considered as (Senior) Assistant, Fulfillment & Operation Support.
