OFFICE SURVEY TECHNICIAN – AN EXCELLENT OPPORTUNITY

I’m working with a well-regarded construction company that is looking to add an Office Survey Technician to their team.

If you have experience with construction surveying, AutoCAD/Civil 3D, GPS, 3D modeling, or machine control, this could be a really good fit.

You’ll be helping the survey and field teams with:

• Building 3D surfaces and GPS grading models
• CAD drawings and plan updates
• Checking plans and making sure everything is accurate
• Quantities, reports, drawings, and spreadsheets
• Generating stakeout data
• Working with GPS and robotic survey equipment
• Supporting field layout when needed
• Uploading/downloading survey data and project files

We’re looking for someone with 2+ years of construction survey experience and a good understanding of civil plans, CAD, GPS, and construction surveying.

Civil 3D experience is a big plus, especially if you've worked around heavy civil, grading, utilities, or site construction.

This is primarily an office-based position, with limited travel and a normal Monday–Friday schedule.
