As an Office Supervisor, you will oversee administrative staff, coordinate workflow, manage office procedures, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will serve as a key point of contact for staff and stakeholders, helping prioritize work, solve problems, and improve processes.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise, guide, and support office staff in daily tasks and responsibilities
Coordinate and assign work to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
Provide training, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members
Monitor office workflow and optimize processes for efficiency
Serve as a point of contact for internal inquires, escalations, and customer issues
Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks and projects
Assist with scheduling, reports, documentation, and correspondence
Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new administrative staff
Maintain organized office systems, files, and records
Promote a positive, collaborative, and service-oriented work environment
