About the Position:
We are seeking motivated candidates for the position of Vehicle Title Operations Supervisor in the Titles Division. As a Vehicle Title Operations Supervisor, you'll oversee a team of employees guiding them in providing excellent customer service to the citizens of Maine. These critical services contribute to the operational and logistical functions of the titles division. Tasks that you will oversee can include the processing of titles, surface level customer assistance like title status and general questions to managing critical, high-impact programs in areas like abandoned vehicles, fraudulent documents, investigation cases, and registration suspensions. Your leadership will not only drive operational excellence but also inspire your team to continuously improve and rise to new challenges.
