Job Description:

The Quality Assurance/ Inventory Control Specialist role will be primarily responsible for ensuring the accuracy/quality for the complete product life cycle from receiving to shipping. This position will report to the Manager of Quality Assurance/Inventory Control.

What You'll Do

Compile and compose various reports in support of department objectives

Check and review records and/or processes for accuracy and make corrections as needed

Maintain polite and professional communication email and face to face interactions with co-workers and customers

Utilize various reporting systems and computer applications to input and review data

Accurately follow directions, both written and verbal

Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business

Organize and prioritize large volumes of information

Respond to questions as needed

Focus and remain on task in a fast paced environment

Adhere to ELG Safety standards

Other tasks as directed by Manager/Supervisor

Ability to work in both office and warehouse environments

What You Bring

High school diploma

One year of administrative experience

Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite Programs(Word , Power Point, and Excel).

High attention to detail

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written

Be flexible to work overtime as dictated by the business

Ability to follow directions with minimum supervision

Ability to work effectively on a team and independently

Salary Range $18.27 - $20.19*

Compensation for this role varies by geographic location. The listed range reflects multiple markets, including higher-cost areas. Actual starting pay will be determined based on work location, experience, and other job-related factors.
