Office Services Specialist

This role is ideal for someone with copy center, print production, mailroom, or general office support experience. Experience in copy, print production, office services, or technical/office support preferred.

Candidates who receive an offer will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.

M-F (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)

Overview
Support daily office services and copy/print operations for the Starwood worksite. Maintain and restock paper and supplies for the copier fleet and production print equipment. This role is ideal for someone with copy center, print production, mailroom, or general office support experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain copier and multifunction printer equipment on a daily basis.
• Restock paper, toner, and other supplies for the copier fleet and production print areas.
• Operate copiers, printers, scanners, and related office equipment.
• Support production printing, copying, scanning, and document finishing activities.
• Assemble books, reports, presentations, and other printed materials as required.
• Monitor equipment and supplies and report issues or maintenance needs to the appropriate team.
• Organize printed materials and completed documents for internal distribution.
• Follow established procedures for document handling, printing, and office services.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Provide professional customer service and respond to routine requests from employees and clients.
• Assist with troubleshooting basic copier, printer, and document-production issues.
• Maintain attention to detail when handling documents, printing jobs, and assembled materials.

Required Qualifications

• Associate s Degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
• Experience in copy, print production, office services, or technical/office support preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to learn new technology and equipment quickly.
• Ability to work effectively within a customer s environment and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to train or assist customers with basic equipment and processes.
• Capable of earning ITIL Certification.
• MCTS, MCSA, or CDIA+ certification is desirable.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the workday.
• Ability to lift and move paper cartons and office supplies as needed.
• Ability to perform repetitive copying, printing, sorting, and document assembly tasks.
• Ability to safely operate office and production print equipment.
