Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Office Services & Facilities Coordinator in Doral, FL (Florida). Summary: The Office Services Coordinator is responsible for supporting the daily operations of the office by ensuring workspaces, equipment, supplies, and common areas are organized, stocked, and functioning efficiently. This role manages office and breakroom inventory, coordinates mailroom and shipping activities, prepares workstations and welcome kits for new hires, assists with meeting and event setups, and serves as a point of contact for facility maintenance and vendor services. The ideal candidate is highly organized, dependable, service-oriented, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with hands-on operational tasks in a fast-paced corporate environment. Responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring office equipment and copiers
  • Replenishing supplies
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Coordinating repairs and service requests
  • Scheduling and following up with vendors and contractors
  • Supporting office moves and special projects, and assisting with off-site pickups and deliveries as needed
  • Maintains a proactive approach to identifying workplace needs, resolving issues, and ensuring employees have the resources and support necessary to work productively

Requirements:

  • Associate degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of three years of experience in office services, facilities coordination, administration, mailroom operations, or a related field
  • Experience working in a professional corporate environment
  • Experience coordinating vendors, maintenance services, shipping and receiving, or invoice processing is preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently, follow through on tasks, and adapt to changing business needs
  • Ability to perform occasional physical tasks, including office setups, moving supplies, and supporting workplace events

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
