We are seeking a service-driven and detail-oriented Office Services to deliver exceptional hospitality and operational support within our workplace environment. This role is responsible for creating memorable guest experiences, building positive guest relationships, and supporting essential office services including mail, print, and administrative operations.

The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, organized, and committed to providing outstanding customer service while maintaining high operational standards.

Pay rate:$24p/h

Shift 10am to 7pm

Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with regular guests, recognizing and acknowledging loyalty through personalized interactions and thoughtful gestures.
  • Engage with guests throughout their visit to gather feedback and proactively address concerns to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell services, amenities, and packages that enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Foster a welcoming and professional atmosphere that reflects the organization’s commitment to excellence.

Guest Experience

  • Deliver a warm, personalized welcome to all guests and visitors, creating a strong first impression.
  • Anticipate guest needs and preferences by offering proactive assistance and tailored recommendations.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
  • Monitor guest feedback and reviews to identify trends and areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service standards across all guest interactions.

Mail Services

  • Manage daily mail operations, including accurate sorting and distribution of interoffice mail.
  • Conduct timely internal mail runs and coordinate outgoing mail processing.
  • Operate postage equipment and prepare specialized outgoing mail such as certified and registered mail.
  • Collect outgoing mail from designated internal departments and ensure timely dispatch.

Print Services (15%)

  • Perform print and copy services, including document reproduction, binding, stapling, hole punching, and finishing.
  • Conduct quality control checks to ensure accuracy and professionalism of printed materials.
  • Maintain print service logs and provide basic copier and printer maintenance.
  • Support customer requests for CD/DVD duplication and imaging projects as needed.

Training & Development

  • Participate actively in company training initiatives and learning programs, including the Cornerstone platform.
  • Continuously develop knowledge, technical skills, and service excellence capabilities relevant to the role.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, office services, or administrative support preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with office equipment including printers, copiers, postage machines, and mail systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other workplace systems preferred.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in hospitality or concierge services.
  • Knowledge of print and mail operations.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with guests, clients, and team members.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
