This role is responsible for performing mail distribution, package handling, and general office support tasks in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer-focused, with the ability to support multiple locations and shift between tasks as needed while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.Responsibilities Perform mail runs, package deliveries, and mail sorting/distribution Deliver copy paper to printers and support print room operations Log, receive, and track packages using company-provided devices/apps Set up meeting and event spaces, including moving tables, chairs, and whiteboards Support office operations across multiple locations as needed Maintain organized workflow and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks Provide general customer service and support within the workplace Stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Requirements High school diploma or GED required 1 2 years of experience in office services, mailroom, or related support role preferred Strong customer service skills and ability to work in a team environment Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work assignments Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks including standing and walking for long durations Basic PC and mobile device/app usage skills Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions accuratelyMetasys Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
