    Payor Relations Coordinator II

    Pay: $18.50/hour

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (8-hour shifts)

    Shift flexibility: Earliest 7:30 AM-4:00 PM | Latest 9:30 AM-6:00 PM

    Location: Local candidates only. Onsite Monday-Thursday, Remote on Fridays.

    Requirements: Drug test required

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Payor Relations Coordinator II to support our Payor Relations team through a variety of administrative and coordination tasks. This role works directly with insurance payors and internal stakeholders to maintain strong payor relationships, support contract administration, and help ensure accurate credentialing, enrollment, and revenue-related processes.

    Responsibilities
    • Complete credentialing and credential renewal activities

    • Maintain and verify company participation and demographic information with insurance payors

    • Prepare, review, and submit network applications, contracts, and related documentation

    • Assist with contract processing, tracking, and documentation

    • Analyze and compare payor contract and financial information

    • Maintain payor databases, files, and reporting records

    • Communicate with insurance payors to resolve routine administrative issues

    • Coordinate with internal departments and support payor-related initiatives

    • Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of completed and ongoing work

    • Provide additional administrative support to the Payor Relations Manager and leadership team

    Qualifications
    • High school diploma or GED required

    • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following:

      • Insurance verification

      • Medical billing

      • Contract administration

      • Project coordination/management

      • Paralegal or related administrative support

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills

    • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

    • Ability to learn new systems and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
