As a Resident Service Coordinator, youll be responsible for managing resident interactions, supporting property management tasks, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of residents. You will help plan events, conduct property inspections, manage resident files, and assist with communication between residents and leadership at our community.
Compensation and Incentives
Excellent Base Pay : $21.00 - $23.00/hour
20% Rent Discount
Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions (paid monthly)

What We'll Expect from You:
3-5 years of related experience or training.
Sales and/or customer service training
Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting/analysis tools
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
