This is a great opportunity for an entry-level candidate who enjoys working with people, is coachable, and is driven to succeed. Insurance experience is not required—we're more interested in finding someone who is a great fit for our team and excited to learn.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist customers with their insurance needs.
• Communicate with customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Learn about insurance products and help customers understand their options.
• Support the team with customer service, sales, and general office responsibilities.
• Follow up with customers and prospective clients.
• Identify opportunities to help customers with additional products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer information and documentation.
• Learn agency systems and processes.
• Work with teammates to achieve individual and agency goals.

• P&C license is a plus, but the agency will pay for licensing for the right candidate.
