What You'll Do
As an Office Representative, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our customers while supporting the day-to-day operations of the agency.


Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide outstanding service.
• Help schedule appointments and follow up with customers as needed.
• Assist with customer inquiries and connect clients with the appropriate insurance solutions.
• Learn about insurance products and help educate customers on available options.
• Support agency marketing and lead-generation efforts.
• Maintain accurate customer records and agency documentation.
